Experienced Associate – Quality and Risk Management

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an Experienced Associate to support the firm’s commitment to high‑quality, compliant, and risk‑aware engagements in Jordan. The role works closely with engagement teams, leadership, and QRM professionals to embed Deloitte’s quality standards, risk policies, and professional practice requirements across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of engagement quality activities, including QA reviews, risk assessments, and governance processes aligned to Deloitte’s Quality Framework.
• Identify, assess, and monitor engagement risks and quality issues; help implement mitigation plans with engagement teams.
• Provide guidance to practitioners on QRM policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Escalate significant quality or risk matters to QRM leadership and engagement partners with clear, practical recommendations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Deloitte’s QA and QRM frameworks, including people, process, and technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams across the business and Member Firms to promote a strong quality culture and consistent application of QRM principles.
• Support reviews of large‑scale, complex, and high‑risk engagements across public and private sector clients.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with Deloitte policies, professional standards, and regulatory expectations.
