Experienced Associate/Senior – Accounting & Reporting Advisory (ARA)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an Experienced Associate or Senior professional to join its Accounting and Reporting Advisory (ARA) practice in Jordan. You will work on client proposals, oversee day‑to‑day engagement activities, and help solve complex accounting, reporting and operational challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, timely client service and build lasting relationships.
• Conduct in‑depth IFRS research on complex transactions, acquisitions and abnormal events.
• Perform financial statement and accounting policy reviews, and assess IFRS impacts.
• Collaborate with engagement managers to design and execute account strategies.
• Support planning and execution of accounting advisory projects, including internal‑control design, testing and remediation.
• Apply AI tools in an audit context to improve efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of IFRS and ability to research complex accounting matters.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills.
• Experience delivering advisory services and managing client engagements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients.
