Experienced Baker – Production & R&D Support

About the role

We are seeking an experienced baker to lead the preparation and production of baked goods, desserts, and component items. The role combines hands‑on baking with oversight of junior staff and collaboration with R&D on new recipes. You will ensure consistent quality, safety, and efficiency across daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and produce baked goods, desserts, and components according to approved recipes and standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation.
• Oversee daily baking and production requirements.
• Support and guide junior kitchen team members.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
• Monitor ingredients, stock levels, production quantities, and waste.
• Coordinate with the R&D team on product trials and new recipe implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and product consistency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of bakery or pastry experience.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and production processes.
• Experience in a professional bakery, pastry kitchen, restaurant, or F&B production environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and quality standards.
