Export Sales Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Export Sales Specialist to strengthen our international footprint. In this role you will build and nurture relationships with overseas customers while driving new market opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with international customers.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Oversee customer orders, samples, and follow‑ups from confirmation to delivery.
• Identify and develop new export markets and business opportunities.
• Support private‑label and product‑customisation projects.
• Coordinate with internal and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Prepare sales reports and analyse customer and market performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in export sales or B2B sales.
• Fluent English.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Good knowledge of export procedures, documentation and international requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, follow‑up and time‑management skills.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on results.
• Ability to build and maintain strong international business relationships.
