FAAS Supervisor / Assistant Manager / Manager – Financial Accounting Advisory

About the role

The Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team supports KPMG engagement teams across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, delivering technical accounting and financial reporting advice. You will lead workstreams, conduct technical assessments, and help clients transform their finance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned workstreams on accounting and financial reporting advisory engagements.
• Execute end‑to‑end technical accounting assessments and advisory assignments.
• Support Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) and finance transformation projects.
• Prepare, review, and present deliverables to engagement leaders.
• Coordinate with multi‑country engagement teams and clients.

Required profile

• 3–9 years of relevant experience.
• ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, BBA or MBA qualified (or finalist).
• Strong academic background from top universities.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICoFR).
• Group reporting and consolidation expertise.
• Finance function transformation and process improvement.
• Technical accounting research and position paper development.
