F&B Operations Manager – Multi‑Unit Restaurant Group

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on F&B Operations Manager to lead daily operations across multiple restaurant brands and locations. The role focuses on operational excellence, financial performance, team development and consistent brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multi‑unit operations, conduct regular branch visits and audits, and ensure compliance with SOPs, brand standards and company policies.
• Monitor sales, P&L, food and labor costs, and develop strategies to improve profitability and reduce waste.
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, procurement and waste‑reduction initiatives across all brands.
• Lead, coach and develop branch managers and operational teams, set KPIs and support recruitment and training.
• Ensure high‑quality customer experience, handle feedback, and coordinate with marketing for promotions.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and health‑regulation compliance through regular inspections.
• Develop and continuously improve SOPs, operational workflows and reporting mechanisms.
• Support new‑branch openings, pre‑opening planning, staffing and operational set‑up.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of F&B multi‑unit or multi‑brand operations experience.
• Proven track record in managing large teams, P&L responsibility and cost control.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Experience with opening new restaurants, developing SOPs and driving operational excellence.
• Knowledge of the Jordanian F&B market is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with restaurant POS and management systems.
• Familiarity with inventory and procurement management tools.
