F&B Service Expert

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Service Expert to join our Westin hotel in Aqaba. In this role you will help create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive service, coordinating with the kitchen, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness.
• Take guest orders, communicate them accurately to the kitchen, and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and verify information visually.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning work areas, and handling supplies.
• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods and lift up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).

Required skills

• Basic food and beverage service knowledge.
• Strong communication with guests and kitchen staff.
