F&B Service Expert – Private Dining

About the role

Join a luxury hospitality brand as a Food & Beverage Service Expert in private dining. You will create memorable experiences for guests by delivering attentive, high‑quality service throughout the dining journey.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables according to service standards.
• Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and follow health‑safety protocols.
• Read and verify menu information, handle guest transactions, and assist with billing.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided and 50 lb with assistance, and moving across varied surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical duties for extended periods.
• Commitment to safety, uniform standards, and professional communication.
