Field Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for experienced Field Coordinators to lead data collection teams in Jordan. The role involves managing enumerator teams, ensuring data quality, handling logistics, and providing daily reporting for research projects. You will work on roster‑based, project‑activated assignments and mobilize quickly when funding becomes available.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate field data collection activities and supervise enumerator teams.
• Manage logistics, security‑aware planning, and daily reporting.
• Ensure data quality through rigorous quality‑assurance procedures.
• Train and mentor field staff on data‑collection tools such as Kobo Toolbox.
• Rapidly mobilize teams when project funding lands, working on a non‑exclusive roster.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of experience coordinating field data collection and teams.
• Proven track record of completed studies with references.
• Strong local knowledge and genuine access on the ground in Jordan.
• Ability to resolve field issues quickly and communicate them clearly.

Required skills

• Kobo Toolbox or equivalent data‑collection platform.
