Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager role at Maaden International Recycling is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Sahab. You will lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting while ensuring accurate and timely reporting to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management.
• Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports and analyses.
• Monitor expenses, manage cash flow and ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain strong internal controls.
• Develop, implement and enforce financial policies and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve profitability and efficiency.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management.
• Strong background in financial reporting, analysis and interpretation for decision‑making.
• Experience with accounting standards, internal controls and audit coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, recycling or industrial sectors is a plus.
