Finance Manager

About the role

Jeeny is seeking a Finance Manager to lead all finance activities for its Jordan entity. You will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, cash‑flow management and statutory reporting, supporting the company’s growth with insightful analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage finance operations for the Jordan entity.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and year‑end closing processes.
• Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in line with company policies and Jordanian regulations.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts and cash‑flow plans.
• Monitor performance, provide analysis and recommendations to senior management.
• Maintain compliance with VAT, income tax and withholding tax filings.
• Manage statutory reporting, external audits and relationships with auditors, tax advisers, banks and regulators.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Support business decisions with financial insights and commercial analysis.
• Coordinate with regional finance teams to align with group reporting requirements.
• Lead, develop and improve the local finance team, driving automation where possible.
• Participate in strategic projects, expansion initiatives and other finance‑related activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent preferred.
• 7‑10 years progressive finance and accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Jordanian accounting standards, tax regulations and statutory reporting.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and cash‑flow management.
• Understanding of internal controls, compliance and audit processes.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
