Food Runner

About the role

The Food Runner supports the dining experience by ensuring food and beverage operations run smoothly. Working on the restaurant floor, you will assist the kitchen, set up tables, and keep work areas clean, helping guests enjoy a memorable service.

Key responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, replenish linens and utensils.
• Assist kitchen staff by delivering dishes and restocking supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and adhere to safety standards.
• Handle menu items, verify orders, and communicate guest requests to the kitchen.
• Transport food and beverages, lifting up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No prior work experience required; experience in food‑and‑beverage is a plus.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and navigate uneven surfaces.
• Professional appearance and communication.
