French‑Speaking Short‑Term Rental Virtual Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Virtual Assistant to support the daily operations of our short‑term rental portfolio. The role is fully remote and involves managing guest communications, reservations, and property services across multiple booking platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with guests in French and English on Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO and other channels.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests and issues throughout their stay.
• Manage reservations, availability, check‑ins, check‑outs and guest information.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance and other property‑related services.
• Monitor guest reviews and help maintain high satisfaction standards.
• Assist with listing updates, pricing, and availability.
• Ensure accurate calendars across all booking platforms.
• Escalate urgent guest or property issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Previous experience in short‑term rentals, hospitality or property management.
• Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends or occasional holidays.

Required skills

• Experience with PMS/channel‑management platforms such as Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully or Hospitable.
• Knowledge of pricing tools like PriceLabs.
• Proficiency with Slack and Google Workspace.
• Use of task‑management platforms for coordinating teams.
