Front Desk Agent (Guest Service Officer)

About the role
The Front Desk Agent will ensure smooth and efficient operations at the hotel reception, providing high‑quality service to guests and supporting the overall success of the property.
Key responsibilities
- Meets and greets guests, assists with registrations and prepares welcome cards and keys.
- Controls room keys, verifies arrival/departure details, and arranges luggage handling, transportation and other guest services.
- Maintains brand standards, responds to consumer audit results, and reports lost and found items.
- Collaborates with front office team, supports flexible operations, and contributes to overall hotel success.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Very good command of English.
- 0‑1 year experience as a Front Desk Agent.
- Valid Jordanian work authorization (Jordanian ID).
