Full Stack Engineer – Onsite in Zarqa

About the role

Softylus is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join its on‑site team in Zarqa, Jordan. This full‑time position involves designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications across both front‑end and back‑end layers.

Key responsibilities

• Implement user‑facing features and responsive interfaces.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate databases.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimise performance, and ensure high‑quality releases.
• Contribute to technical documentation and stay updated with industry best practices.

Required profile

• Strong full‑stack development experience with end‑to‑end web applications.
• Solid front‑end skills (HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
• Back‑end expertise with server‑side frameworks, RESTful APIs and database integration.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively on‑site.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience (preferred).
• Experience with modern front‑end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and back‑end technologies (Node.js.NET) is a plus.
