Full-time Video Editor – Amman, Jordan

About the role

We are looking for a talented Video Editor to join a fast‑growing marketing agency in Amman. You will transform raw footage and creative briefs into engaging short‑form and long‑form video content for social media, brand films, and digital ads.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form and long‑form videos for social media, paid ads, and brand campaigns.
• Create motion graphics, transitions, titles and apply color grading.
• Turn creative briefs into clear, on‑brand video assets.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters and the wider creative team.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Stay updated on trends across Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Organise and maintain project files and media assets.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of video‑editing experience.
• Agency or marketing experience is a plus.
• Strong sense of pacing, rhythm and visual storytelling.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating a range of work.
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and making quick revisions.
