Full‑time Interior Designer

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Interior Designer to join Nolte Kitchens. The successful candidate will combine a love for great design with a strong focus on customer service, helping clients create beautiful spaces using our furniture and kitchen collections.

Key responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and build lasting client relationships to drive sales and future business.
• Deliver sales and design services, including house calls, floor‑plan presentations and full design boards.
• Create computer‑based floor plans using design software and templates.
• Maintain extensive product knowledge of kitchens, furniture, home furnishings and related accessories, including construction features.
• Stay up‑to‑date with interior‑design trends locally and nationally.
• Assist customers in rotation, ensuring correct order procedures and processing.
• Maintain client contact from order writing through delivery to guarantee satisfaction.
• Oversee team follow‑up with clients as needed.
• Verify that all orders meet site requirements.
• Conduct field and direct marketing activities for projects, designers and architects.
• Handle day‑to‑day market activities.
