About the role

The Go‑to‑Market Specialist – Services will drive new‑business growth for Arabic.AI Group’s Enterprise Services portfolio across the UAE. This hunter‑focused position targets new logos and partners, turning them into long‑term clients for the LSP, Ureed Secondments, and Content Lab service lines.

Key responsibilities

• Own acquisition of new logos within assigned markets, segments and accounts.
• Develop and execute account‑specific penetration strategies, building a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Identify decision‑makers, influencers and buying centres, applying disciplined qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC).
• Conduct comprehensive A‑Z account research to understand business models, strategic priorities, existing language‑service needs and procurement structures.
• Translate research into actionable go‑to‑market plans that showcase measurable value from the LSP, Ureed Secondments and Content Lab portfolios.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and strategic partners to accelerate market access and close deals.
