About the role

Jeeny’s Graduate Trainee Program 2026 is a six‑month rotational scheme designed for recent graduates who want to launch a career in the on‑demand logistics and ride‑hailing industry. Participants will work on real business challenges, collaborate with senior leaders, and rotate across key functions such as commercial, product, finance and performance marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Support Commercial (Growth & Pricing) by analysing market data and helping design data‑driven pricing strategies.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to identify user problems, propose solutions and assist in delivering new features.
• Work with Business Finance to analyse financial and operational data that inform strategic decisions.
• Manage in‑app advertising campaigns and evaluate marketing analytics to optimise performance.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (2025‑2026) with a strong analytical mindset.
• Curious, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks early in the career.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Motivation to learn quickly and contribute to high‑impact projects.
