Graphic Designer

About the role

WebAppRoots is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Graphic Designer to join its Amman office. The role focuses on creating visual concepts for both digital and offline marketing initiatives, helping clients strengthen their brand presence across social media, websites, and promotional materials.

Key responsibilities

• Develop logos, brand identities, and visual guidelines.
• Design graphics for social media, website assets, and printed collateral.
• Prepare layouts, select typography, and ensure visual consistency across all channels.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate briefs into compelling designs.
• Produce production‑ready files within established timelines.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand recognition and user engagement.

Required profile

• Strong background in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing marketing‑related projects.
• Experience in logo design, branding, and visual identity development.
• Proficiency in typography, including font selection and hierarchy.
• Ability to work on‑site in Amman, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Relevant academic background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing concepts is an advantage.
