Group Maintenance Engineer

About the role

The Group Maintenance Engineer will oversee maintenance activities across DCP’s factories, ensuring smooth production operations while adhering to health, safety and environmental standards. The role includes managing software systems, developing operation manuals and supporting all operating companies to keep production lines running flawlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage maintenance processes across operating units and coordinate with asset manufacturers for technical support.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies and schedules tailored to each unit.
• Create clear, multilingual machine operating manuals with troubleshooting steps.
• Perform hands‑on maintenance and resolve mechanical issues across multiple locations.
• Organise spare‑parts inventory using a digital tracking system and review critical stock levels.
• Administer and upgrade the CMMS, including training teams at all sites.
• Train maintenance staff and operators on safety regulations, first‑level maintenance and proper machine handling.
• Maintain controlled history logs for every machine and monitor upgrade impacts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluent proficiency in Arabic and English.
• 4–7 years of relevant maintenance experience.
