Grow Internship Program – RAN Implementation Intern

About the role
This paid internship, lasting 1 to 3 months, is part of the Grow Inclusive Internship Program for Persons with Disabilities. It offers hands‑on experience in Radio Access Network (RAN) implementation within a professional engineering environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate new site installations, relocations, dismantling, and site access.
- Supervise 5G site installations, conduct TSSR reviews, and manage Nokia equipment swaps.
- Monitor project progress and liaise with cross‑functional teams.
- Manage JEPCO pole activities, including surveys, installation, and dismantling.
- Maintain project reports, master sheets, and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate the provision of required materials and equipment for projects.
Required profile
- Graduate or final‑year student holding a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Communications Engineering.
