About the role

As a Guest Experience Expert (AYS Agent) you will be the face of the hotel, guiding guests through every step of their stay and ensuring memorable, seamless experiences. Working on the Dead Sea Road property in Sweimeh, you will be empowered to take initiative, handle operational tasks, respond to guest requests, and share local highlights.

Key responsibilities

• Process check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly.
• Complete operational reports and documentation as required.
• Provide information about local attractions and services.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment throughout the property.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb unassisted.
• Professional appearance, communication, and adherence to company policies.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy for reporting and reservation systems.
