Guest Experience Expert – Concierge

About the role

The Guest Experience Expert – Concierge is the front‑line host who creates memorable, personalized stays for guests at our St. Regis property in Amman. You will proactively assist guests throughout their visit, turning routine interactions into unique experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of concierge and guest‑service actions, from check‑in assistance to local area recommendations.
• Process operational requests, complete daily reports, and ensure all guest inquiries are resolved promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment while adhering to company policies, confidentiality standards, and brand quality guidelines.
• Move throughout the property, standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Present a professional appearance and communication style at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior hospitality experience required; enthusiasm for guest service is essential.
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, service‑oriented attitude.
