About the role

The Guest Experience Expert ensures every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless stay. You will handle check‑in and check‑out, respond to guest requests, and share local highlights, all while embodying Marriott’s commitment to wonderful hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently.
• Address guest inquiries and service requests promptly.
• Complete operational reports and documentation.
• Provide guests with information about local attractions and amenities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional front‑office environment.
• Move throughout the property, lifting objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Uphold uniform standards, confidentiality, and company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 10 lb.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
