Guest Experience Expert – Receptionist

About the role

The Guest Experience Expert – Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests at St. Regis Amman. You will create memorable, personalized experiences throughout the stay, from check‑in to check‑out, while upholding the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints with a proactive, solution‑focused approach.
• Provide local area information and promote hotel amenities.
• Process operational tasks such as reporting, documentation and minor administrative duties.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑presented front‑desk environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior hospitality experience required; enthusiasm for guest service is essential.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
• Professional appearance, strong communication skills and respect for confidentiality.

Required skills

• Physical stamina to stand, walk and move items regularly.
• Basic computer literacy for reservation systems and reporting.
