Gym Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Gym Manager to lead daily operations, ensure exceptional member experiences, and drive business growth. This role combines leadership, operational oversight, and a focus on delivering high‑quality fitness services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all daily gym operations and maintain smooth workflow.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure excellent customer service and high member satisfaction.
• Monitor staff performance and uphold service standards.
• Manage schedules, facility standards, and health & safety compliance.
• Drive membership growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Develop, implement, and track SOPs and KPIs to improve efficiency.
• Prepare reports on usage, sales, and revenue.
• Perform additional duties related to gym management as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in fitness, retail, or service sectors.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Goal‑oriented with a focus on customer experience and business performance.
