Gym Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Gym Supervisor to lead our fitness facility. You will ensure a safe, clean, and engaging environment for members while overseeing daily operations and staff performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the gym floor and guarantee safe equipment usage.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and keep the facility fully operational.
• Maintain cleanliness and overall readiness of the gym.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations.
• Provide professional fitness guidance and training to clients when needed.
• Handle member inquiries and promote classes, services, and memberships.
• Oversee membership sign‑ups, renewals, and sales initiatives.
• Expand the Group Exercise program by recruiting new instructors and launching new classes.
• Organize events and member‑engagement activities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs and KPIs to improve efficiency.
• Prepare reports on operations, usage, sales, and revenue.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a gym supervisory or similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
