Gym Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Gym Supervisor to lead our fitness facility, ensure safe equipment usage, and deliver exceptional member experiences. This role combines operational oversight with hands‑on support for clients and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the gym floor, ensuring safety and proper equipment use.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and keep the facility operational.
• Maintain cleanliness and overall readiness of the gym.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
• Provide fitness guidance and training to clients when needed.
• Handle member inquiries professionally and promote classes, services, and memberships.
• Oversee membership sign‑ups, renewals, and sales initiatives.
• Expand the Group Exercise program by recruiting instructors and adding new classes.
• Organise events and member‑engagement activities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs and KPIs to improve efficiency.
• Prepare reports on operations, usage, sales, and revenue.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Gym Supervisor or in a comparable leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
