Head of Growth and Client Strategy

About the role

The Head of Growth and Client Strategy will own the engine room of Raizn’s growth business. You will define top‑level growth strategy across all active accounts, lead senior client relationships, and drive the daily performance rhythm of the team.

Key responsibilities

• Set and execute the overall growth strategy for e‑commerce, lead‑generation and performance partnership accounts.
• Lead senior client rooms, acting as the primary point of contact and decision‑maker.
• Run daily performance reviews, analyse numbers and act immediately to optimise results.
• Translate strategy into clear execution plans for media buyers, creative teams and technology partners.
• Deliver stronger ROAS, lower acquisition costs and ensure accounts retain and expand.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level performance marketing experience on Meta, Google and full‑funnel campaigns with measurable results.
• Ability to manage a client room and own a P&L with confidence.
• Owner‑mindset: bring decisions, not questions.
• Strong AI competence, especially fluency with Claude and AI‑driven workflows.
• Comfortable being measured by hard results and metrics.
