Required profile

  • University degree in a relevant field such as Political Science, International Relations, Social Sciences, Global Studies, Public Health or related disciplines.
  • Essential experience in a humanitarian relief organisation, in political, security and humanitarian complex settings, and preferably in similar positions within MSF.
  • Strong understanding of Gazan administrations and authorities, with strong contacts and networks there.
  • Demonstrated capacity for analysis, networking and negotiation.
  • English and Arabic are essential; computer proficiency is required.

Required skills

  • Good analytical skills and excellent communication and diplomatic skills, including writing.
