Head of Residential Leasing & Investor Property Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Residential Leasing & Investor Property Management to oversee the complete post‑sale rental lifecycle of investor‑owned residential units across multiple compounds in Amman. The role is dedicated to maximizing occupancy, minimizing vacancy periods, maintaining property condition, and delivering strong rental returns for investors.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and onboard investor‑owned units, inspect them and prepare them for rental.
• Determine competitive rental prices based on market analysis, unit specifications and investor return targets.
• Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve high occupancy and minimal vacancy days.
• Market units, manage listings, handle inquiries, conduct viewings and negotiate lease terms.
• Coordinate tenant qualification, screening and lease agreement preparation with legal.
• Oversee move‑in processes, inspections, inventory and key hand‑over.
• Maintain ongoing tenant relationships, coordinate maintenance and protect property value.
• Manage lease renewals, rental adjustments, tenant retention and timely move‑outs.
• Monitor performance metrics such as occupancy rate, vacancy days, rental yield and provide regular investor reports.
• Build and lead a leasing & property‑management team, define SOPs, KPIs and reporting structures.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 + years of relevant real‑estate experience, specifically in residential leasing and investor property management.
• Hands‑on experience managing the full rental lifecycle of investor‑owned units, from hand‑over to re‑leasing.
• Proven track record of increasing occupancy and reducing vacancy periods.
• Strong knowledge of rental pricing, market analysis and tenant acquisition strategies.
• Leadership and relationship‑management skills with corporate, embassy, NGO and relocation clients.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
