Head of Value & Access and PA – Levant Region

About the role

The Head of Value & Access and PA will lead the development and execution of market access strategies for neuroscience assets across priority Levant markets. Working closely with the Regional Director and cross‑functional teams, you will shape payer value propositions, pricing strategies, and evidence generation to secure sustainable patient access.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain an integrated product access strategy throughout the product lifecycle, aligning clinical, economic, and payer perspectives.
• Support country teams in payer negotiations and ensure timely delivery of access‑related materials.
• Incorporate access inputs into Target Product Profiles, clinical programs, and indication sequencing.
• Identify and secure additional evidence beyond registration studies to meet reimbursement requirements.
• Collaborate with HEOR, Pricing, Medical Affairs, Development, and Commercial teams to co‑create pricing guidance and value packages.
• Manage the access community, budgets, and reporting of technical components.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading market access, health economics, or pricing functions in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of HTA processes, budget impact modeling, and payer negotiation dynamics in the Levant region.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across international, regional, and country levels.
• Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills.
