About the role
The Heart of House Specialist supports essential hotel operations across kitchen, food‑and‑beverage and laundry areas. You will ensure clean linen, spotless dining ware and proper handling of equipment to deliver a safe and high‑quality guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare fresh clean linen and spotless dining ware for guests.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as dish‑washing machines, hand‑wash stations, linen washers and dryers.
- Transport dishware and linens throughout the hotel.
- Follow safety procedures, report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions.
- Lift, move and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Stand, sit or walk for extended periods and perform overhead and low‑reach tasks.
Required profile
- No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks as described.
