Hostess – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Guest Service Support Expert (Hostess) ensures a seamless and memorable dining experience for guests at Roberto's. Working as part of the food and beverage team, you will help create a welcoming atmosphere while supporting kitchen and service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, greet guests, and manage seating flow.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks and maintain clean work areas.
• Replenish supplies, restock service stations, and ensure all areas are well‑stocked.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance), and moving objects safely.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and uphold uniform and appearance guidelines.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work experience required; experience in a food‑and‑beverage environment is a plus.
• No supervisory experience needed.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and handle physical tasks safely.
