About the role
We are looking for a friendly and attentive Hostess to join our Guest Service Support team at a luxury hotel in Amman. You will help create memorable experiences for guests by ensuring smooth food and beverage operations and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and arrange tables for dining service.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks and replenish supplies.
- Clean work areas and maintain a tidy environment.
- Read and verify menu information accurately.
- Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and navigate uneven surfaces safely.
- Lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 lb (up to 50 lb with assistance).
- Reach overhead and below knee level while bending, twisting, or stooping as needed.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required; food‑and‑beverage experience is a plus.
- No supervisory experience needed.
- No specific license or certification required.
Required skills
- None specific; strong physical stamina and attention to detail are essential.
