About the role

As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert you will help create memorable guest experiences by maintaining the appearance and hygiene of all hotel areas. You will work in a dynamic environment, ensuring rooms and public spaces are spotless while responding promptly to guest requests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to brand standards.
• Deliver guest requests, restock housekeeping carts, and manage linen inventories.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Follow safety protocols, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication at all times.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
• Physical capability to handle items weighing ≤ 50 lb.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
