About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our hotel team within the Accor network. You will help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service across all public areas and guest rooms.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure guest service standards by following Fairmont operating policies.
- Empty and restock linen pantries, manage linen flow between pantry and linen room.
- Vacuum corridors and staircases, clean walls, lights, and ceiling fixtures.
- Assist with guest supply deliveries, respond to guest requests, and move furniture as needed.
- Perform deep‑cleaning tasks such as spot carpet cleaning and shower‑head descaling.
- Replace broken light bulbs, refill daily chemicals, and keep housekeeping offices and storerooms tidy.
- Report lost‑and‑found items, equipment malfunctions, and health‑safety hazards.
- Support training of new attendants and attend housekeeping and HR training sessions.
Required profile
- Competent verbal English.
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably in a 5‑star property.
- Customer‑service background is a plus.
- Dynamic, energetic, and able to thrive under pressure.
Required skills
- Familiarity with Opera or a related property management system.
