Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant ensures that guest rooms and public areas of the hotel are clean, well‑maintained, and ready to deliver a memorable experience. Working as part of the Guest Environment team, you will uphold the brand’s Gold Standards and contribute to a safe, comfortable environment for guests and colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring overall room presentation meets luxury standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of public spaces such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver items as needed.
• Stock housekeeping carts and manage inventory of linens, supplies, and cleaning equipment.
• Follow safety procedures, handle cleaning chemicals responsibly, and lift objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Adhere to company policies, confidentiality requirements, and uniform standards.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place items weighing up to 50 lb.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality standards.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a professional appearance.
• Willingness to follow established procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
