HR Manager

About the role

The HR Manager will help build a strong, values‑driven culture and develop leadership capabilities across teams at Khibraty. With 4–8 years of HR experience, you will balance hands‑on HR operations with initiatives that boost employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and organisational development.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and embed organisational values through onboarding, performance reviews and employee‑engagement programmes; gather feedback via surveys, focus groups and exit interviews.
• Partner with department heads to identify training needs, coordinate leadership workshops, onboarding for new managers and peer‑learning circles; advise managers on performance management and conflict resolution.
• Implement HR policies, advise on employee relations and grievance procedures, ensure compliance with local labour laws and prepare HR dashboards on turnover, engagement and recruitment.
• Oversee end‑to‑end onboarding, administer performance‑management cycles, support succession planning and maintain HR systems with accurate employee data and contracts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (required); Master’s degree or professional HR certification preferred.
• 4–8 years of HR generalist/management experience, with hands‑on involvement in employee engagement or leadership development programmes.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of labour law and HR operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and facilitation abilities.
