HR Officer (Entry Level)

About the role

The Human Resources Officer will support daily HR operations for a leading travel management company. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates who want to gain hands‑on experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll support and employee administration.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records in KayanHR and other HR systems.
• Organise and upload contracts, identification documents, certificates and related files.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, probation follow‑up, transfers and off‑boarding.
• Prepare standard HR letters, certificates and internal correspondence under supervision.
• Monitor attendance, leave, lateness and working‑hour records; generate monthly reports for payroll.
• Collect and verify payroll data including overtime, allowances and deductions.
• Support recruitment activities: post vacancies, screen applications, schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
• Coordinate visa, work‑permit, medical‑insurance documentation and monitor expiry dates.
• Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits and procedures.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in human resources.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple administrative tasks accurately.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with department heads and employees.
