About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee human‑resource operations across our branch network. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with policies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving initiatives that boost employee engagement and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all HR activities for each branch, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Ensure that all HR practices comply with local labour laws and internal policies.
  • Develop and implement programmes that improve workforce productivity and employee satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and support to branch managers on performance management and talent development.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for senior management.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably within the food and beverage or FMCG sector.
  • Proven ability to manage HR functions across multiple locations.
