About the role

Join Cadence Education as an Infant Lead Teacher, creating a nurturing and joyful environment for the youngest learners. You will collaborate with fellow teachers to design engaging, age‑appropriate curricula and communicate daily milestones to families.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the charge in fostering a safe, caring space for infants, celebrating each giggle and milestone.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop an engaging, age‑appropriate curriculum.
• Provide daily updates to parents, turning tiny moments into memorable highlights.
• Guide play with toys, language, and activities that spark curiosity and safety.
• Design a balanced daily schedule that mixes quiet snuggles, active adventures, and motor‑skill development.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; at least 18 years old.
• Meets all state preschool lead teacher requirements.
• Experience as an infant teacher, preferably with a CDA or a degree in Early Childhood or related field.
• Previous preschool lead teacher experience (required).
• Flexible availability during business hours.
• Classroom management skills (preferred).
