Infrastructure Consultant – Project Finance & PPP

About the role

KPMG’s Infrastructure Advisory team in Amman is looking for an Infrastructure Consultant to support project finance and public‑private partnership (PPP) transactions. The role involves conducting financial analysis, feasibility studies and market research to help public and private sector clients evaluate and structure large‑scale infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis, feasibility studies and risk assessments for project finance and PPP deals.
• Develop, review and maintain financial models and assist in transaction structuring and documentation.
• Prepare high‑quality reports, presentations and other client deliverables.
• Conduct market research, sector mapping and benchmarking to support advisory engagements and business development.
• Identify opportunities, contribute to pipeline development and help prepare proposals and pitch materials.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including legal, technical and tax advisors, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support knowledge sharing and improve analytical tools and methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
• 3–7 years of experience in financial analysis, project finance, infrastructure advisory or PPP‑related roles.
• Strong quantitative and research abilities with experience handling complex datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented advisory environment.
