Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Full‑time Inside Sales Representative at KaiZen365 Technology, a managed IT services provider. You will manage customer requests, support the sales team and help drive revenue growth. The role requires strong communication, a customer‑centric mindset and a passion for sales.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customers’ questions, resolve concerns and provide information via email.
• Develop new sales opportunities through outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead follow‑ups.
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Prepare offers and follow up with vendors by email.
• Maintain and improve the prospect database and research new leads on LinkedIn.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product, service and competitor information and upsell products and services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of inside sales or customer service experience.
• Solid understanding of the sales process, CRM and lead‑generation techniques.
• Experience with B2B sales and ability to multitask to meet sales goals.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
