Inside Sales Representative (US Hours, Amman)

About the role

Insaan Global is seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives to manage inbound calls from U.S.-based prospects during US‑hours. All leads are pre‑qualified and warm, allowing you to focus on presenting solutions and closing deals over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from U.S. prospects (no cold‑calling).
• Qualify leads against defined criteria and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Close new business or hand off opportunities to senior closers based on vertical.
• Meet daily activity and performance metrics such as calls, conversations, applications, and closed deals.
• Accurately document every interaction in the CRM.
• Participate in daily training, call reviews, and team meetings.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the verticals you support.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 or C2) – spoken and written.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Amman during US‑hours (6 PM – 3 AM).
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and clear phone presence.
• Comfortable using a dual‑monitor workstation.
