Inside Sales Specialist - Arabic/English

About the role

TeamViewer is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist who will focus on the Arabic market. You will be responsible for building new business relationships and driving growth of the TeamViewer platform.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and expand business relationships with TeamViewer customers via telephone, e‑mail and chat.
• Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities across the full TeamViewer product portfolio.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals and keep accurate records of sales activities.
• Collaborate with Customer Support and Retention teams to ensure high service satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors and market conditions.

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic and English (additional languages a plus).
• Experience in sales, preferably with up‑selling and cross‑selling.
• Background in IT or SaaS environments is desirable.
• Strong communication skills, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
