Insurance Sales Consultant – Commission Based

About the role

We are looking for ambitious individuals to join MetLife as Insurance Sales Consultants on a 100 % commission basis. After a three‑month training programme and successful licensing with the Central Bank of Jordan, you will sell tailored insurance solutions to individuals and businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Complete the mandatory three‑month training programme and pass the Central Bank of Jordan licensing exam.
• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and nurture long‑term client relationships.

Required profile
