Integration Developer – Team Member

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Integration Developer to design, develop, and maintain services, applications and solutions that support Business Support Systems and Customer Care applications. The role involves ensuring smooth daily operation of systems, monitoring performance, and recommending upgrades to improve functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business and sales requirements and translate them into services, applications, and integrated solutions, testing and integrating with CRM and other enterprise platforms.
• Develop and maintain internal and external web services and APIs (REST, SOAP) and third‑party integrations.
• Build integration processes for billing, provisioning, CRM, ERP, mobile apps, USSD, IVR, payment systems and other enterprise platforms.
• Code, implement and maintain relational databases (Oracle SQL, SQL Server), troubleshoot issues and propose corrective actions.
• Design and administer services using Microsoft .NET Framework/.NET Core, C#, Delphi, Oracle PL/SQL, Kafka, Redis and other messaging technologies.
• Monitor server and application performance, analyse deployed products and suggest improvements for availability, stability and reliability.
• Administer customer touch‑point web services such as portals, USSD, CRM, IVR, mobile apps and payment platforms, coordinating with vendors when needed.
• Evaluate and modernise legacy integrations, adopt micro‑services and event‑driven architectures, and ensure the integrity of the integration landscape.
• Test systems, troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain high‑quality integrations.

Required profile

• Highly motivated and passionate candidate with a strong interest in integration and enterprise systems.
• Experience developing and supporting Business Support Systems or Customer Care applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
