Interior Designer III

About the role

Omrania, part of the Egis Group, is seeking an Interior Designer III to contribute to high‑performance interior environments for government, cultural, and private projects. The role involves end‑to‑end design development, from concept through construction documentation, within a collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project design activities and production from early concept to detailed construction documents.
• Assist senior designers and design managers in creating design delivery and management plans.
• Prepare presentations, drawings, and reports for client and stakeholder review.
• Coordinate design efforts with architecture, civil, structural, MEP, landscape, and other specialist consultants.
• Develop and maintain BIM models, ensuring compliance with the BIM Execution Plan and quality standards.
• Review code compliance, material and system selections, and support design coordination across disciplines.
• Mentor junior designers, manage team deliverables, and ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.

Required profile

• Proven experience in interior design development and construction documentation.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Understanding of code compliance and material selection processes.
